Return Policy

RIGHT TO CHANGE, RETURN AND WITHDRAWAL A PRODUCT

In case you want to change or return a product, for your best service please contact:

Either by calling Monday-Friday 10:00-16:00 at 210-5738208 or 210-5738211 using internal number 1, or email us at info@matoufrance.com

In any case the product must be in same condition received (not damaged, not been used and with its name tag) and be accompanied by the sales receipt.

Changes and returns are not made on Easter candles.

In case of change

You have the right to change the product within 20 days from receipt.

Change to a store

You can change product in any Matou France store, except from department stores (Hondos Center, Politikos).

Sales receipt or change card required.

Change via e-shop

You can contact us at 210-5738208 using internal number 1 and inform us of the product codes you wish to replace.

After our agreement, you hold the product you want to change and as soon as the courier arrives with the new parcel, the old one is given on the spot.

The first change is charged with shipping cost 4 euros.

The second change is without shipping cost.

In case the balance difference exceeds 20 euros then the shipping cost is free

In case of withdrawal

You have the right to return the product and request payment of the price you paid, within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

You can contact us at 210-5738208 using internal number 1 and inform us of the product codes you wish to replace.

You can choose to send the parcel with the same courier company you received it and you will be charged by us 4 euros shipping cost. If you choose different courier company, then you’ll be charged by the courier company you chose, depending on their prices.

As soon as we receive the parcel the refund will be cleared to your account within 2 days.
